Beautiful nails
are difficult to achieve and keep, but hopefully if you follow some
of my tips it may help you to grow and keep the nails you have always
wanted.
The perfect nail application. I have found after many trials and errors the best french manicure is to use the white on the tips and then to use 2 coats of clear nail polish. Add a teaspoon of salt to half a glass of cold water and dip fingernails in this for 2 minutes.The salt helps to strengthen the nails. Buff your nails to stimulate the circulation of blood which feeds the nailbed.Buff in one direction only or nails become overheated. Apply a thick layer of hand cream before applying rubber gloves then wash your dishes in hot water, the heat will make the hand cream soak in and your hands will feel ultra soft. Rub olive oil into your cuticles to encourage nail growth and the oil and massaging action should promote strong healthy nails.
